Notice of Public Hearing

TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of the Village of St. Helena shall conduct a public hearing on September 16, 2010, at 6:00 o'clock, P.M., at the St. Helena Village Hall to receive public comment upon a proposed amendment to the Village of St. Helena Uniform Development Ordiniance providing that nonconforming outdoor advertising signs shall be removed if a site-locating lease is terminated and within 90 days the lease is not renewed or replaced with a lease as to the identical location.  Full text of the proposed amendment is posted and available at the Village Hall.
