The St. Helena Community Association would like to introduce Miss St. Helena 2011, Miss Courtney Diane Wilkin, daughter of Christina Clark and Matthew Wilkin.  She is a sophomore at Pender Early College.  Her goal is to graduate from college, and either teach English or work in Herpetology (the study of reptiles).  She is a member of Riley's Creek Baptist Church where she volunteers helping with children's activities.  In addition, she volunteers at the Pender County Humane Society and tutors at Burgaw Middle School.  She enjoys reading, playing the clarinet, and watching forensic-type shows on television.

The 1970 Cadillac Deville is owned and operated by Ron Rampone.

The Community Association prepared a float for the Burgaw Christmas Parade, but due to inclement weather, the parade was canceled.
