MINUTES
VILLAGE OF ST. HELENA
PLANNING BOARD MEETING OF July 5, 2012

Present were Chairman Jimmy English, Gerald Velie, Teresa Coleman, Melvin James, Katrina Banks, and attorney Bob Hugh Corbett.

The meeting was called to order by Jimmy English.

The minutes of our previous meeting were read and unanimously approved.

Mr. Corbett presented the Planning Board with a draft of an alternate replacement for the now existing Article 22-2.  The Board will review the new draft and discuss it at our next meeting.  The Planning Board would like to make having a recreational area an option rather than a requirement and will be discussing the standards of any future recreational areas, such as size, location, accessibility, etc.
