VILLAGE OF ST. HELENA

PLANNING BOARD MEETING OF February 7, 2013

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairman Jimmy English.  Present were Chairman Jimmy English, Gerald Velie, Teresa Coleman, Melvin James, Katrina Banks, Mack Smith, Attorney Bob Hugh Corbett and Village Inspector Louis Hesse.

Minutes from the January meeting were read.  Melvin James made a motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Gerald Velie.  The minutes were unanimously approved.

The application by Andy Paluck to rezone his property on Highsmith Road has been approved.  It is now zoned R12.

Gerald Velie asked if we should ask the Council to budget for a planner to help with applying for grants for possible future sewer hookup.  The Planning Board agreed that this might be premature at the present time.

Mr. Corbett said it was time to review the Land Use Plan, which is required by law.  The Planning Board agreed to recommend that the Council include the costs of this in the budget after Louis Hesse investigates as to what the costs may be.

Gerald Velie made a motion to adjourn the meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
