VILLAGE OF ST. HELENA

PLANNING BOARD MEETING OF April 4, 2013

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairman Jimmy English.  Present were Chairman Jimmy English, Gerald Velie, Teresa Coleman, Melvin James, Katrina Banks, and Village Inspector Louis Hesse.

Minutes from the March meeting were not available.

Mr. Hesse officially informed the Planning Board that Pender County withdrew their application for a conditional use permit for a jail in the Industrial section of St. Helena.

Mr. Hesse is supervising the retyping of the UDO in preparation of putting the UDO online and presented the Planning Board with a list of errors found thus far.  The Planning Board reviewed the list of errors and made recommendations to correct most of them.  There were a couple of errors which we delayed action on in order to consult with Mr. Corbett before making any recommendation.
