VILLAGE OF ST HELENA

PLANNING BOARD MEETING OF March 6, 2014

Present were Chairman Jimmy English, Gerald Velie, Teresa Coleman, Melvin James, Katrina Banks, Mack Smith and Louis Hesse.

The meeting was called to order by Jimmy English.

The Minutes from the December meeting were read and approved.

Louis Hesse informed the Planning Board of the Village Council’s actions regarding the rezoning recommendations from the Board’s December meeting.   Mr. Hesse also provided the Planning Board with copies of the Comprehensive Plan for St. Helena.  The Board will review the Plan, discuss and make recommendations for any changes deemed appropriate or necessary.

The subject of having a distinction made between a major and minor subdivision was generally discussed and the subject was tabled until the next meeting.

The meeting was adjourned.
