VILLAGE OF ST. HELENA

PLANNING BOARD MEETING OF April 3, 2014

Present were Chairman Jimmy English, Teresa Coleman, Melvin James, Katrina Banks, Mack Smith, attorney Nathan Coleman and Inspector Louis Hesse.

The meeting was called to order by Jimmy English.

Louis Hesse provided the Planning Board with more detailed information taken from the guidelines implemented by Burgaw for our review.  There was some discussion on how to use this information to help devise a plan regarding a distinction between major and minor subdivisions for St. Helena.  Discussion regarding the Land Use Plan was tabled until the subdivision issues have been resolved.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
