St. Helena Planning Board Meeting

Present were Chairman Jimmy English, Katrina Banks, Teresa Colman, Melvin James, Jim Milam, Gerald Velie and Chad McEwen.  Absent was R.H. Corbett and Mack Smith.

The audience consisted of Ron Rampone and Jim Davis.

Prior to the start of meeting, Jim Davis reviewed the new Village of St. Helena website.

Meeting was called to order.

Chad McEwen gave update of his review of UDO.

Discussed Industrial Zoning and Charles White property.  There is very little land zoned for Light Industry.  Most of permitted uses in I-1 appear to be more like B-1.  Chad is to look at possibility of more industry options.
Discussed signs on I-40, existing signs not new ones.

A motion was made and carried for these to be grandfathered in.
