VILLAGE OF ST. HELENA

PLANNING BOARD MEETING OF May 1, 2014

Present were Chairman Jimmy English, Gerald Velie, Teresa Coleman, Melvin James, Katrina Banks, Mack Smith, attorney Nathan Coleman and Inspector Louis Hesse.

The meeting was called to order by Jimmy English.

The Minutes from April’s meeting were read and unanimously approved on motion by Melvin James.

Discussions continued on creating a distinction between major and minor subdivisions.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
