VILLAGE OF ST. HELENA

PLANNING BOARD MEETING OF June 5, 2014

Present were Gerald Velie, Teresa Coleman, Melvin James, Katrina Banks, Mack Smith, attorney Nathan Coleman and Inspector Louis Hesse.

The meeting was called to order by Teresa Coleman.

The Minutes from May’s meeting were read and unanimously approved on motion by Katrina Banks and seconded by Melvin James.

Discussions continued on creating a distinction between major and minor subdivisions.  Many questions were raised and attorney Nathan Coleman will be presenting more information to the Planning Board next month.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
