VILLAGE OF ST. HELENA

PLANNING BOARD MEETING OF September 4, 2014

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairman Jimmy English.  Present were Chairman Jimmy English, Teresa Coleman, Melvin James, Katrina Banks, Mack Smith, Attorney Nathan Coleman, and Village Inspector Louis Hesse.

Reading of the Minutes for the August meeting was dispensed.

Louis Hesse presented the Board with a proposal for the distinction between a major and minor subdivision.  A few changes were discussed and, on motion by Teresa Coleman and seconded by Melvin James, it was unanimously decided to recommend the proposal to the Village Council.  The proposed recommendation would greatly simplify the process for a minor subdivision as opposed to a major subdivision.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
