VILLAGE OF ST. HELENA

PLANNING BOARD MEETING OF November 6, 2014

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairman Jimmy English.  Present were Chairman Jimmy English, Gerald Velie,  Mack Smith, Teresa Coleman, Melvin James, Katrina Banks, and Village Inspector Louis Hesse.

The Planning Board was informed that the recommendation made regarding minor subdivisions was not acceptable due to a loop hole which could have opened the door for more extensive subdivision than intended.  The Planning Board will be looking into ways to close the loop hole to allow minor subdivisions in hopes of submitting a new recommendation in the future.

The Planning Board will be reviewing the Comprehensive Plan for St. Helena and discuss recommendations for any changes over the next several months.
