VILLAGE OF ST. HELENA

PLANNING BOARD MEETING of December 4, 2014

The meeting was called to order by Teresa Coleman.  Present were Teresa Coleman, Gerald Velie, Melvin James, Katrina Banks, Mack Smith and Village Inspector Louis Hesse.

Louis Hesse gave the Planning Board some information regarding a Family Subdivision Plan for our review.  It was decided to delay any discussion until the next meeting.

On motion by Melvin James, seconded by Katrina Banks, the Planning Board unanimously voted to send a request to the Village Council for funds to make copies of the Land Use Plan.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
