VILLAGE OF ST. HELENA

PLANNING BOARD MEETING of April 2, 2015

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Jimmy English. Present were Jimmy English, Gerald Velie, Teresa Coleman, Melvin James, Katrina Banks, Mack Smith, Attorney Nathan Coleman and Village Inspector Louis Hesse.

There was no meeting in March and no previous Minutes were read.

Louis Hesse presented a revision of the proposed Family Subdivision. After much discussion and a few changes, on motion by Gerald Velie, seconded by Katrina Banks, it was unanimously agreed to send the revisions to the Village Council for review.

Louis Hesse also presented the Planning Board with a draft concerning Solar Farming for our review.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
