VILLAGE OF ST. HELENA

PLANNING BOARD MEETING of August 6, 2015

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Jimmy English.  Present were Jimmy English, Gerald Velie, Teresa Coleman, Melvin James, Katrina Banks, Mack Smith, and Village Inspector Louis Hesse.

Louis Hesse informed the Planning Board that the proposed recommendation previously submitted to the Village Council  regarding the Family Subdivision failed to pass as is.  It was recommended that the original proposal of no more than three lots plus a remnant be amended to six lots.  The Planning Board unanimously agreed to recommend a new proposal of six lots.

The meeting was adjourned.
