St. Helena Planning Board Meeting

Present were Chairman Jimmy English, Katrina Banks, Teresa Coleman, Melvin James, Jim Milam, Gerald Velie, Mack Smith, R.H. Corbett and Chad McEwen.

The audience consisted of Ron Rampone, Jim Davis and Judy Katalinic.

Called to order.
 

Discussed re-zoning for Leimone Home Properties.
       Request denied. Bob Hugh Corbett said owners would probably go to village council.
 
Update on U.D.O. from Chad McEwen. He hopes to have something in writing for next meeting.
 
Discussed "opting-out" of the extension of the Permit Extension Act of 2009.  Motion made and carried to recommend to Village Council to opt. out of House Bill #683,
       - as provided by section 4.1 of Permit Extension Act of 2009.
 
Jimmy Davis gave update of the number of hits received by the St. Helena website.
 
Discussed the I-1 zone.  Chad as well as members of the Planning Board will see if we need to make any changes, additions, or deletions from existing ordinance.
 
Discussed with Chad McEwen our expectations from him. The planning board agreed that we would like his first priority to be the U.D.O., then to look at I-1 zone.
