VILLAGE OF ST. HELENA

PLANNING BOARD MEETING of November 5, 2015

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Jimmy English.  Present were Jimmy English, Gerald Velie, Teresa Coleman, Melvin James, Katrina Banks, Mack Smith and Village Inspector Louis Hesse.

Mr. Hesse informed the Planning Board that the Family Subdivision proposal was passed.  There are no limits on how many lots may be created, but all other requirements must be met.

Mr. Hesse will update the UDO and furnish us with the updated information for the Family Subdivision.

There have been proposed changes to the flood zones in St. Helena.  It was suggested that anyone who wishes to purchase flood insurance should look into doing so while these changes are preliminary.  Help may also be available through FEMA to raise the elevation of homes which may be adversely affected.
