VILLAGE OF ST. HELENA

PLANNING BOARD MEETING of June 1, 2017

The meeting was called to order by Co-Chairperson, Teresa Coleman at 6:37 p.m.  Present were Gerald Velie, Teresa Coleman, Melvin James, Katrina Banks, Village Inspector Louis Hesse, and Attorney Nathan Coleman.

Louis Hesse addressed the Planning Board regarding the current regulations concerning accessory buildings.  An accessory building is any building structure other than the house.  At the present time, accessory buildings are limited to two and can only be fifty (50) percent of the size of the residential structure.  Mr. Hesse will provide the Board with additional information regarding what guidelines other towns and municipalities are following.
