VILLAGE OF ST. HELENA

PLANNING BOARD MEETING of September 7, 2017

The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Jimmy English at 6:35 p.m.  Present were Jimmy English, Gerald Velie, Teresa Coleman, Melvin James, Katrina Banks, and Village Inspector Louis Hesse.

Louis Hesse informed the Planning Board that our attorney, Nathan Coleman, advised that we not hold any formal meetings until we have a representative for the extraterritorial area of St. Helena.  The representative must be a resident, not simply a landowner.  The present Planning Board will request the Council to advertise for someone to fill this position.

The Planning Board also discussed the possibility of hiring a Planner for St. Helena.
