VILLAGE OF ST. HELENA

PLANNING BOARD MEETING of October 5, 2017

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Jimmy English at 6:40 p.m.  Present were Jimmy English, Teresa Coleman, Melvin James, Katrina Banks, Hersey Fennell, Village Inspector Louis Hesse, and Attorney Nathan Coleman.

Mr. Hersey Fennell has joined the Planning Board as our newest member representing the extraterritorial section of St. Helena.

Mr. Hesse informed the Planning Board that Kim Rivenbark would be interested in acting as Planner for St. Helena using an hourly rate rather than a monthly retainer fee.  Further discussion will take place at a later date.

Discussion regarding accessory buildings included several questions prompting a request for more research.  A request for a text change will be necessary to make any proposed changes.  The Land Use Plan is available on the website.
