St. Helena Planning Board Meeting

June 7, 2018

6:30 p.m.

Attending was Jimmy English (Chairman), Melvin James, Katrina Banks, Hersey Fennell, Nathan Coleman (attorney), Louis Hesse (building inspector) and Kim Rivenbark (Planner). Also attending was Mary Bakan, Village Clerk.

After very much discussion, Planning Board unanimously approved to present to Village Council to amend the U.D.O. to exclude solar farms –either permitted or conditional.

Also planning board to recommend text change to bring Board of Adjustments up to date and in compliance to General Statutes.
