St. Helena Planning Board Minutes

February 7, 2019

Attending is Chairman Jimmy English, Katrina Banks, Gerald Velie, Hersey Fennell, Planner Kim Rivenbark, Attorney Nathaniel Coleman, and Louis Hesse (building inspector).

In the audience was Mary Bakan, Attorney Mike Frazier for Westgate Inc. and Fred Jones, surveyor for Westgate Inc.

Attorney for Westgate brought before the St. Helena Planning Board a proposal for a temporary sales office for Jeep/Dodge/ Chrysler.

After much discussion, Nathaniel Coleman informed Westgate Attorney that a proper draft and plans for the permanent sales office was needed to present to the planning board before a temporary sales offices can be considered.
