St. Helena Planning Board Meeting

November 5, 2020

Attending were Planning Board Member Teresa Coleman, Planning Board Member Hersey Fennell, Planning Board Member Gerald Velie, Planning Board Chairman Jimmy English, Planning Board Member Carey Childress, Planning Board Katrina Banks, and Village Attorney Nathaniel Coleman.

Absent was Planner Kim Rivenbark and Building Inspector Louis T. Hesse.

In the audience was Julian Smith and Mary Bakan.

Julian Smith was introduced as working with the surveyor.

Nathanial Coleman gave out maps of proposed lots near the intersection of East Main and 117 South. Discussion included lots sizes R-20 vs. R-5. There was a discussion on minimum lot sizes and subdividing lots.

On motion by Gerald Velie, and Carey seconded it. It was approved unanimously.

The next order of business is the solar farm map that is located on Front St. Part of the solar farm is located on Charles White’s I-1 property.  Charles White requested approval of the subdividing the property.

On motion by Carey, and seconded by Gerald, the motion to subdivide was approved unanimously.

The meeting ended at 7:00 p.m.
