St. Helena Planning Board Meeting

December 3, 2020

6:30 p.m.

St. Helen Town Hall

Meeting started at 6:34 p.m. Present were Chairman Jimmy English, Planning Board Member Cary Childress, Planning Board Member Teresa Coleman, Planning Board Member Hersey Fennell, Planning Board Member Katrina Banks, Planning Board Member Gerald Velie, Village Attorney Nathaniel Coleman, and Building inspector Louis T. Hesse. Abent was Kim Rivenbark.

In the audience was Julian Smith (surveyor) and Ms. Mary Bakan.

Nathaniel Coleman brought 2 items to the table.

The first was a survey map of Joseph T. Keech, III’s property. Mr. Keech wanted to take one track of land and divide it into three lots and build two houses. The planning board discussed road frontage and determined that it met the required minimum distance of 90 feet of road frontage per lot. A motion was made and seconded. It was approved unanimously.

The second item of business was a plat submitted by Charles White Jr. The map was approved at lasted month’s meeting.

A motion was made and seconded. It was approved unanimously.

Meeting was adjourned at 6:54.
