VILLAGE OF ST HELENA

PLANNING BOARD MEETING

November 4, 2010

Present were Chairman Jimmy English, Gerald Velie, Teresa Coleman, Melvin James, Katrina Banks, Chad McEwen, and Mary Bakan.

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Jimmy English.

The minutes from the October meeting were read by Jimmy English.  Gerald Velie made a motion to accept the minutes.   The motion was seconded by Melvin James and unanimously accepted.

The discussion then turned to the Unified Development Ordinance and the permitted and conditional uses for each zoned area.  There are quite a few categories to sort through and questions concerning the future use and future growth in the area.   Progress is being made and discussions will continue at the next meeting.

There was no new business. 

The meeting was adjourned at 8 p.m.
