Planning Board Minutes

August 5, 2021

The meeting started at 6:30 p.m.

Attending were Chairman Jimmy English, Planning Board Member Gerald Velie, Planning Board Member and board secretary Carey Childress, Planning Board Member Teresa Coleman, Town Attorney Nathaniel Coleman, and Building Inspector Louis T. Hesse. Absent were Hersey Fennell and Katrina Banks.

Nathan presented the review survey of Demetria Louis Padgett who wants to turn one lot into two. Basically cutting out the house on the property.

On motion by Gerald Velie, and seconded by Teresa Coleman, the planning board unanimously approved the dividing of the lot.

Louis passed out the new U.D.O. books.

Meeting ended at 6:50 p.m.
