Planning Board Meeting

Attending the meeting was Chair Jimmy English, Secretary Cary Childress, Planning Board Member Gerald Velie, Planning Board and ETJ member Hersey Fennell, Planning Board Member Katrina Banks, and Building Inspector Louis T. Hesse.

The meeting started at 6:30 p.m.

Louis brought up a problem with people not keeping up with the solar farm. Basically it is abandoned and been sold.

Louis suggested the planning board make up an amendment to keep up the property.

Gerald Velie made a motion to put foot notes back into the conditions sheet- namely section 20 and 21. It was seconded by Katrina Banks. The motion was unanimously approved. M
