MINUTES

VILLAGE OF ST HELENA

PLANNING BOARD MEETING 

December 2, 2010

Present were Chairman Jimmy English, Gerald Velie, Jim Milam, Teresa Coleman, Melvin James, Katrina Banks, Mack Smith, Louis Hesse, Chad McEwen, and Mary Bakan.

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Jimmy English.

The minutes from the November meeting were read by Jimmy English. Gerald Velie made a motion to accept the minutes. The motion was seconded by Melvin James and unanimously accepted.

Discussions resumed concerning the Unified Development Ordinance and the permitted and conditional uses for each zoned area. Each use listed is being looked at and discussed. Significant progress is being made. Discussions will continue at the next meeting and we anticipate it taking two more meetings to finish the list.

There was no new business.

The meeting was adjourned at 8 p.m.
