Village of St. Helena Council Meeting Thursday, February 17, 2022 Village of St. Helena Town Hall 6:30 p.m. 1. Public Hearing Concerning the application for a Special Use Permit for a Planned Building Group:
The subject property located along Front Street in the Corporate Limits of the Village of St. Helena. The property was recently rezoned I-1 – Light Industrial and is abutted by the Town of Burgaw ETJ limits to the north, RA zoned properties to the west and south, and I-1 zoned properties across Front Street to the east. The Applicant has requested a Special Use Permit to allow for the building of an industrial facility in excess of 30,000 square foot. Parcel Numbers are 3228-46-1976-0000 and 3228-46-1570-0000

There will be a public hearing on February 17, 2021 at 6:30PM at the Village of St. Helena Town Hall located at 305 East Main Street for the following: Consideration of an application for Special Use Permit for a Planned Building Group - Industrial in the I-1 zoning district in excess of 30,000 square feet of gross floor area. Applicant Project Fresh has applied for a special use permit for a Planned Building Group - Industrial to be located on a property (PIN 3228-46-1976-0000 and 3228-46-1570-0000) along Front Street within the Village of St. Helena corporate limits.
