NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of the Village of St. Hel ena will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the St. Helena Village Hall, 305 E. Main St, St. Helena, North Carolina regarding an application by Brian Riportella and Holly Riportella for a Special Use Permit to train horses on Pender County Parcel Number 3228-31-1958-0000.
