Village of St. Helena Council Meeting

November 17, 2011

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Ron Rampone, Neil Benton, Jim Davis, Nancy Jones, Willie Knowles, R. H. Corbett, Louis T. Hesse, and Chad McEwen.

Attending the meeting were Judy Katalinic, Gerald Velie, and William Hunter.

Mayor Barnhill called the meeting to order at 6:30 P. M.

Willie Knowles prayed.

On motion by Ron Rampone, and seconded by Jim Davis, minutes of October 20, 2011 were approved unanimously.

On motion by Willie Knowles, and seconded by Jim Davis, the financial report was approved unanimously.

Louis talked about UDO books for Planning and others.  Jim Davis quoted prices from several businesses.

On motion by Jim Davis, and seconded by Ron Rampone, it was unanimous to have UDO books printed.

Louis brought up the hearing process, the possibility of advertising after Planning Board recommendation.  This was discussed.

Mayor Barnhill mentioned closing on the land deal.

Ron Rampone brought up the St. Joseph Church issue with sewer problem.  This was discussed.

Mayor Barnhill mentioned that at the December15 meeting swearing-in would take place and he would like to have refreshments.  This was agreeable.

On motion by Ron Rampone, and seconded by Jim Davis, the meeting was adjourned unanimously.
