Village of St. Helena Town Board Meeting and Public Hearing

June 19, 2014

At 6:20 P. M. Mayor Robert Barnhill opened the public hearing on the proposed budget for 2014-2015.

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Judy Katalinic, William Hunter, Nancy Jones, Louis Hesse, and Nathaniel Coleman.  Absent was Neil Benton.

Attending the meeting were Alice Southerland, Kathy Hone and grandson.

There were no questions on the budget.

On motion by William Hunter, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, the public hearing was adjourned unanimously.

The regular meeting was called to order by Mayor Barnhill at 6:30 P. M.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, minutes of May 15, 2014, were approved unanimously.

On motion by William Hunter, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, the financial report was approved unanimously.

The clerk will call Time Warner representative about telephone service.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by William Hunter, the 2014-2015 budget was approved unanimously.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, it was unanimous to advertise in the paper the council vacancy.

Interviews would be the second Thursday of July.

Kathy Hone questioned the recyclables not being picked up.

Alice Southerland congratulated Louis Hesse for an award he received for helping with historical buildings.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, the meeting was adjourned unanimously.
