Village of St. Helena Town Board Special Meeting

July 10, 2014

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Judy Katalinic, Nancy Jones, and William Hunter.  Absent was Neil Benton.

Mayor Barnhill called the meeting to order.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by William Hunter, the council went into executive session to conduct an interview for the vacant council position.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by William Hunter, minutes were sealed unanimously.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by William Hunter, the executive session was adjourned unanimously.
