MINUTES

Village of St. Helena Town Board Meeting

August 21, 2014

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Judy Katalinic, Neil Benton, William Hunter, Kaye Knowles, Louis T. Hesse, and Nathaniel Coleman.  Absent was Nancy Jones.

Attending the meeting were Robert Kenan, Ben Everett, and Prudencio Camposeco.

Mayor Robert Barnhill opened the meeting and prayed.

Robert Kenan spoke to the council wanting to work out some kind of resolution on the Ben Everett property in question.  The date of this property being divided was 2008 and 2009.  Louis Hesse, the present building inspector, issued a stop order on the approval of the previous building inspector.  The problems have been access to property, width of roads and turn around for emergency vehicles.  Also the subdivision has not been approved by the council.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by William Hunter, the minutes of July 17, 2014, were approved unanimously.

On motion by William Hunter, and seconded by judy Katalinic, the financial report was approved unanimously.

On motion by Kaye Knowles, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, it was unanimous to go into executive session.

On motion by Kaye Knowles, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, it was unanimous to seal the executive session minutes.

On motion by Neil Benton, and seconded by William Hunter, the executive session meeting was adjourned unanimously.

Michelle Everett came in inquiring about who sprayed mosquitoes.  She was referred to the county.

William Hunter discussed a storm drain on North Road.

On motion by William Hunter, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, the meeting was adjourned unanimously.
