Village of St. Helena Town Board Meeting

September 18, 2014

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Judy Katalinic, Neil Benton, William Hunter, Nancy Jones, Kaye Knowles, and Louis T. Hesse.  Absent was Nathaniel Coleman.

Mayor Barnhill called the meeting to order and prayed.

On motion by William Hunter, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, minutes of August 21, 2014, were approved unanimously.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by William Hunter, the financial report was approved unanimously.

Louis Hesse reviewed the minor subdivision information that the Planning Board recommended to the council.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by Neil Benton, the discussion of the minor subdivision procedure was tabled unanimously until the next meeting.

Referring to the Ben Everett property in question, Louis Hesse said that recommendation from fire marshal was 20’ wide all-weather road and at the end a 90’ diameter cul-de-sac with a fire hydrant on the same side of road as subdivision.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, it was unanimous to have Tommy Ivey mow the property next to the town hall for $125.00.

On motion by Kaye Knowles, and seconded by William Hunter, the meeting was adjourned unanimously.
