MINUTES

Village of St. Helena Town Board Meeting

October 16, 2014

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Judy Katalinic, Neil Benton, Kaye Knowles, Louis T. Hesse, and Nathaniel Coleman.  Absent were William Hunter and Nancy Jones.

Mayor Barnhill called the meeting to order.  Kaye Knowles prayed.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by Neil Benton, minutes of September 18, 2014, were approved unanimously.

On motion by Neil Benton, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, the financial report was approved unanimously.

Under discussion was the minor subdivision procedure as recommended by the Planning Board.  No action was taken.

Cleaning the ditch between town property was brought up.  No action was taken.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, the meeting was adjourned unanimously.
