Village of St. Helena Town Board Meeting

December 18, 2014

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Judy Katalinic, Neil Benton, William Hunter, Nancy Jones, Kaye Knowles, Louis T. Hesse, and Nathaniel Coleman.

Attending the meeting was Robin Hesse.

Mayor Barnhill called the meeting to order and prayed.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, minutes of November 20, 2014 were approved unanimously.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, the financial report was approved unanimously.

Louis told the council that the Planning Board members were going to update the comprehensive plan. Robert Mentioned a possible grant.

The attorney mentioned a foreclosure on Memory Lane.

The attorney also mentioned the Ben Everett's old survey is the one that had been presented at one of the meetings.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by Nancy Jones, a 2014-2015 audit contract for Thompson, Price, Scott, Adams, and Co. was approved unanimously.

The NC League of Municipalities has recognized Robert M. Barnhill for twenty-five years of service.

On motion by William Hunter, and seconded by Nancy Jones, the meeting was adjourned unanimously.
