Village of St. Helena Town Board Meeting

January 15, 2015

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Judy Katalinic, Neil Benton, William Hunter, Nancy Jones, Kaye Knowles, and Nathaniel Coleman.  Louis Hesse was absent attending school.

Attending the meeting was Alice Southerland.

Mayor Barnhill called the meeting to order and prayed.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, minutes of December 18, 2014 were approved unanimously.

On motion by  Nancy Jones, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, the financial report was approved unanimously.

Attorney Coleman mentioned the foreclosure on Memory Lane.

Mayor Barnhill passed out maps of the Pender County Comprehensive Transportation Plan.

Mountains to the sea trail was mentioned.

Mayor Barnhill asked the council to begin thinking about the budget.

Alice Southerland asked about putting panels of “From the Volga to the Cape Fear” in the hall that will be taken down at the library.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, the meeting was adjourned unanimously.
