Village of St. Helena Town Board Meeting

March 19, 2015

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Judy Katalinic, Neil Benton, William Hunter, Nancy Jones, Kaye Knowles, Louis T. Hesse, and Nathaniel Coleman.

Mayor Barnhill called the meeting to order and prayed.

Minutes of February 19, 2015 as delivered to council members were corrected as follows:  Alice Southerland announced that the St. Helena Community Center Association will start meeting again in March.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, minutes of February 19, 2015 were approved unanimously as amended.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by Nancy Jones, the financial report was approved unanimously.

Louis Hesse mentioned solar farms being a new thing.

Judy Katalinic is to order a sign.

Mayor Barnhill explained that the village needed a credit card.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by William Hunter, it was unanimous to set aside $1500.00  in an account as security to be able to obtain a credit card from Bank of America.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, the meeting was adjourned unanimously.
