Village of St. Helena Town Board Meeting

September 17, 2015

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Judy Katalinic, Neil Benton, William Hunter, Nancy Jones, Kaye Knowles, Louis T. Hesse, and Nathaniel Coleman.

Attending the meeting was Alice Southerland.

Mayor Barnhill called the meeting to order, and Kaye Knowles prayed.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, minutes of August 20, 2015 were approved unanimously.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by William Hunter, the financial report was approved unanimously.

Louis Hesse told the council about a meeting on preliminary flood mapping.

Alice Southerland mentioned George Spisak.  Judy added that he had been in the hospital and had returned home.

Alice said that Mr. Ed Turberg was a consultant working on getting the Orthodox Church on the National Register involving the whole community.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, the meeting was adjourned unanimously.
