Village of St. Helena Town Board Meeting

October 15, 2015

Present were Mayor Pro Tem Judy Katalinic, William Hunter, Nancy Jones, Kaye Knowles, Louis T. Hesse, and Nathaniel Coleman.  Absent were Robert Barnhill and Neil Benton.

Attending the meeting was Alice Southerland.

Mayor Pro Tem Judy Katalinic called the meeting to order, and Kaye Knowles prayed.

Judy asked Alice if she wanted to speak, and Alice did not.

On motion by Kaye Knowles, and seconded by Nancy Jones, minutes of September 17, 2015 were approved unanimously.

On motion by William Hunter, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, the financial report was approved unanimously.

Louis showed the proposed flood map of St. Helena.  He pointed out the flood zones beginning behind Neil Benton’s property.

Louis stated that there was an ordinance violation concerning campers that he was handling.

William Hunter questioned the mowing of the property next to the hall.  This is rented by Robert E. Wells.

On motion by Kaye Knowles, and seconded by Nancy Jones, the meeting was adjourned unanimously.
