MINUTES

Village of St. Helena Town Board Meeting

November 19, 2015

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Judy Katalinic, William Hunter, Nancy Jones, Kaye Knowles, Louis T. Hesse, and Nathaniel Coleman.  Absent was Neil Benton.

Mayor Barnhill called the meeting to order and prayed.

Judy Katalinic asked that October minutes be corrected.  The correction is:  Louis Hesse stated that there was an ordinance violation concerning campers that he was handling.

On motion by William Hunter, and seconded by Nancy Jones, minutes of October 15, 2015 were approved unanimously after the correction.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by William Hunter, the financial report was approved unanimously.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by Nancy Jones, it was unanimous to authorize Nathaniel Coleman to begin proceedings to enforce the ordinance concerning campers which includes people being served.

Mayor Barnhill informed the council that the Village of St. Helena would host the Pender County Municipal Association dinner meeting in January.  The Heritage was mentioned as a place for the dinner meeting and Middle of the Isle would cater.  The date would be January 22, 2016 at 6:30 P. M.

On motion by William Hunter, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, the meeting was adjourned.
