Village of St. Helena Town Board Meeting

January 21, 2016

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Mayor Pro Tem Judy Katalinic, Neil Benton, William Hunter, Nancy Jones, Kaye Knowles, Louis T. Hesse, and Nathaniel T. Coleman.

Mayor Barnhill called the meeting to order and prayed.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by Nancy Jones, minutes of December 17, 2015 were approved unanimously.

On motion by Kaye Knowles, and seconded by Nancy Jones, the financial report was approved unanimously.

Judy Katalinic had bids for pressure washing the outside of the hall.

On motion by Neil Benton, and seconded by William Hunter, the job of pressure washing was unanimously awarded to the lowest bidder All Washed Up.

Mayor Barnhill mentioned ethics training needed by some of the council members.

Mayor Barnhill reviewed the 2014-2015 audit.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by Nancy Jones, the 2014-2015 audit was unanimously accepted.

Judy Katalinic asked the council to approve the purchase of sealer and brush for the ramp which was approved.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, the meeting was adjourned unanimously.
