Village of St. Helena Town Board Meeting

February 18, 2016

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Mayor Pro Tem Judy Katalinic, Neil Benton, Kaye Knowles, Louis T. Hesse, and Nathaniel T. Coleman. Absent were William Hunter and Nancy Jones.

Mayor Pro Tem Judy Katalinic opened the meeting and prayed. She presided until the arrival of Mayor Barnhill.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, minutes of January 21, 2016 were approved unanimously.

On motion by Kaye Knowles, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, the financial report was approved unanimously.

Louis Hesse talked about solar farms.

Run-off water involving Cape Fear River Basin and North East River was discussed.

Judy said that the pressure washing of the outside of the hall had been completed. A hot wire needed repairing.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by Neil Benton, the meeting was adjourned unanimously.
