Village of St. Helena Town Board Meeting

May 19, 2016

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Mayor Pro Tem Judy Katalinic, William Hunter, Nancy Jones, Kaye Knowles, Louis Hesse, and Nathaniel Coleman.  Absent was Neil Benton.

Mayor Barnhill called the meeting to order.  Prayer followed by Nancy Jones.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by William Hunter, minutes of April 21, 2016 were approved unanimously.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, the financial report was approved unanimously.

On motion by William Hunter, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, a hearing on the proposed 2016-2017 Village of St. Helena budget was unanimously scheduled for Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 6:30 P. M.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by Nancy Jones, it was unanimous to approve Employee Personnel Policies for the Village of St. Helena.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, it was unanimous to go into executive session.

On motion by William Hunter, and seconded by Nancy Jones, the minutes of the executive session were closed unanimously.

On motion by Kaye Knowles, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, the executive session adjourned unanimously, and the meeting returned to regular session.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by William Hunter, the meeting was adjourned unanimously.
