Village of St. Helena Town Board Meeting

September 15, 2016

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Mayor Pro Tem Judy Katalinic, Neil Benton, William Hunter, Nancy Jones, Kaye Knowles, Louis T. Hesse, and Nathaniel Coleman.

Mayor Barnhill called the meeting to order at 6:30 P. M. and prayed.

On motion by Neil Benton, and seconded by William Hunter, minutes of August 18, 2016 were approved unanimously.

On motion by Kaye Knowles, and seconded by Nancy Jones, the financial report was approved unanimously.

Louis Hesse told the council that a couple of lots of the Leimone property were sold.

Judy Katalinic said that she contacted Needham Hall about blueprints for the Watha town hall.  He will lend the blueprints.

Judy found out that UNC-W has some of Dr. Ainsley’s materials.

On motion by William Hunter, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, the council unanimously went into executive session.

On motion by Judy Katalinic, and seconded by William Hunter, the council voted unanimously to adjourn the executive session and seal the executive session minutes.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, the regular meeting was adjourned unanimously.
