MINUTES

Village of St. Helena Town Board Meeting

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Mayor Pro Tem Judy Katalinic, William Hunter, Kaye Knowles, Louis T. Hesse, and Nathaniel Coleman.  Absent were Neil Benton and Nancy Jones.

Mayor Barnhill called the meeting to order at 6:30 P. M. and prayed.

On motion by Kaye Knowles, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, minutes of September 15, 2016 were approved unanimously.

On motion by William Hunter, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, the financial report was approved unanimously.

Judy Katalinic obtained Watha Town Hall blueprints which were discussed.

Louis Hesse will have a rezoning request.

Judy has furnished the waste company a listing of homes in the Village of St. Helena.

The Village of St. Helena property adjoining the hall has been mowed according to William Hunter.

On motion by Kaye Knowles, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, the meeting was adjourned unanimously.
