MINUTES Village of St. Helena Town Board Meeting November 17, 2016 Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Mayor Pro Tem Judy Katalinic, William Hunter, Nancy Jones, Kaye Knowles, Louis Hesse, and Nathaniel Coleman. Absent was Neil Benton. Present was Alice Southerland. Mayor Barnhill called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M. and prayed. On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, minutes of October 20, 2016 were approved unanimously. On motion by William Hunter, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, the financial report was approved unanimously. Nathaniel Coleman explained a rezoning request from Jim tomosunas. The property was formerly known as Coastal Instruments and is located at 2120 Highsmith Road. The request is to change the zoning from I-1 (Light Industrial) to R-12 (Residential). The parcel number is 3218-93-6023-0000. The public hearing for this rezoning is scheduled for Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 6:30 P.M. at the Village of St. Helena Town Hall. On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, it was unanimous to have work done on Village streets as explained by William Hunter. Louis Hesse explained that the S&W property was being rented. The council made plans to visit the Watha Town Hall on Saturday, December 3, 2016. On motion by Kaye Knowles, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, the council unanimously went into executive session. On motion by William Hunter, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, the minutes of the executive session were sealed unanimously. On motion by William Hunter, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, the executive session was adjourned unanimously to go back into regular session.
