Village of St. Helena Town Board Meeting and Public Hearing

December 15, 2016

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Mayor Pro Tem Judy Katalinic, Neil Benton, William Hunter, Nancy Jones, Kaye Knowles, Louis Hesse, and Nathaniel Coleman.

Also attending were Mr. and Mrs. Jim Tomosunas, Katrina Banks with friends, and Mrs. William Hunter.

Mayor Barnhill called the public hearing to order and prayed.

Mayor Barnhill read the public hearing ad from the paper.  The request was for rezoning property owned by Jim Tomosunas from I-1 to R-12.

Louis Hesse commented that he did not have any calls about the ad in the paper.

No other comments were made.

On motion by William Hunter, and seconded by Nancy Jones, the public hearing was adjourned unanimously.

Mayor Barnhill called the regular meeting to order.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, the minutes of November 17, 2016 were approved unanimously.

On motion by William Hunter, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, the financial report was approved unanimously.

On motion by Kaye Knowles, and seconded by Nancy Jones, it was unanimous to approve the rezoning request.

The ETJ Planning Board vacancy was mentioned.

On motion by Kaye Knowles, and seconded by Nancy Jones, the meeting was adjourned unanimously.
