Village of St. Helena Town Board Meeting

January 19, 2017

Present were Mayor Robert Barnhill, Mayor Pro Tem Judy Katalinic, Neil Benton, Nancy Jones, Kaye Knowles, Louis T. Hesse, and Nathaniel Coleman.  Absent was William Hunter.

Also present were Alice Southerland and John Raymond Smith.

Mayor Barnhill called the meeting to order.  Nancy Jones prayed.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Neil Benton, minutes of December 15, 2016 were approved unanimously.

On motion by Kaye Knowles, and seconded by Nancy Jones, the financial report was approved unanimously.

Mayor Barnhill reviewed the 2015-16 audit.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, the 2015-16 audit was accepted unanimously.

Mayor Barnhill discussed an audit contract for 2016-17.

On motion by Nancy Jones, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, an audit contract for 2016-17 from Thompson, Price, Scott, Adams & Co., P.A. was approved unanimously.

On motion by Neil Benton, and seconded by Judy Katalinic, it was unanimous to appoint John Raymond Smith from the extra-territorial jurisdiction to serve on the Village of St. Helena Planning Board.

On motion by Neil Benton, and seconded by Kaye Knowles, the meeting was adjourned unanimously.
